OTELCO welcomes employees in Maine and Massachusetts

OTLECO is pleased to welcome back two former employees. Steve Archibald is a returning OTELCO employee who rejoins the company as a Senior Voice Engineer. In his 9 years with OTELCO, he has worked in a variety of positions, including as a CLEC Tech, HPBX Specialist, and in the Network Engineering Department.
