Research shows coloring “destresses” the brain by lowering the activity of the amygdala, the part of the brain involved with controlling emotion that is effected by stress. The OBA’s Classic Cruise-Ins: A Long-Time Tradition Event Day: June 30 and September 29 Time: 4-8 pm Place: Downtown Oneonta Come down for another CLASSIC CRUISE-IN along First Avenue East in downtown Oneonta.
