Holiday Stroll – Skowhegan, ME

The Holiday Stroll graphic, a red tag that say "Holiday Stroll Downtown" with a white outline Sonta, on a horse drawn sleigh.Date: December 5-7, 2019
Place: Skowhegan

The Holiday Stroll has been a tradition in Skowhegan for more than a quarter of a century. It starts with a holiday parade Friday evening and continues Saturday morning and afternoon with a host of free activities and treats throughout and near downtown, including pictures with Santa, hula hooping, and the popular elf scavenger hunt!

New this year, we’re moving Municipal Lot activities to Debe River Walk and turning it into a WHOVILLE STROLL. We’re so excited to bring this festive theme to the stroll and enjoy more of our trails and downtown. Stay tuned for Whoville Stroll details.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Kennebec Dip, our SkowTown version of a polar plunge. Register for free and get your friends to pledge donations to see you do it. We’ll be freezing our jingle bells off for the Kennebec Dip, December 7, 2:30 p.m., at the Kennebec Banks Rest Area on Route 2.
