Our business customer care team continues to grow along with our clientele. Most recently, Heidi Harriman was promoted to Senior Customer Care Representative and Diane Ferron has been promoted to Commercial Sales Assistant.
Heidi has been with OTELCO since 2010 at our Client Care Center in Bangor. With her new title and responsibilities, Heidi will divide her time between telephone customer care in the Bangor office and meeting with clients and prospective clients. When in the field, Heidi will share product information, assist clients with their telecommunications and technology needs, and assure that every customer experience with OTELCO is a great one.
Diane Ferron has been with OTELCO 2000, and in our Bangor office until 2010. During her tenure, she has gained experience in customer service, inside sales, order provisioning, collections, quality assurance, and billing. Her broad knowledge and experience will be a great asset in her new position.
As Sales Assistant, Diane will conduct site surveys to assess the clients existing resources and technology needs. She will work with the OTELCO Sales Engineers, outside vendors and contractors
In order to develop implementation plans for commercial clients. After installation, Diane will conduct hosted telephone training as well as the introduction to OTELCOLink—our premier client portal that allows clients to monitor usage and make informed IT decisions.
