OTELCO expands installation team in Alabama; welcomes new hires in Maine

OTELCO’s growing team includes new additions in its Alabama and Maine markets.

OTELCO has hired three new Installation & Repair Technicians in its Oneonta, AL, OSP Office:

  • John-Mark Crocker is a graduate of Homewood High School and has received certificates in OSHA 10, NCCER Core, NCCER Electrical Level 1 and MSHA. He is a resident of Mount Olive, AL.
  • William “Avery” Fuller is a graduate of Appalachian High School and currently attends Snead State Community College. He lives in Oneonta.
  • Jose Rivera is a resident of Oneonta.

In Maine, OTELCO has hired Jonathan Bicknell as a Technical Support Technician in its Bangor office. Bicknell has an associate degree in Film & Video Production and previously worked at Wayfair in Digital Service. He lives in Orrington, ME.

Jason Cabral joins OTELCO as a Call Center Representative in its New Gloucester, ME, office. He is a resident of Auburn, ME.
