OTELCO grows customer service team in Maine and Alabama

OTELCO is pleased to welcome two new hires to its customer service team.

Kevin Lynch will be working as a Provisioning & Assignment Specialist OTELCO’s New Gloucester, ME office. Lynch attended the University of Southern Maine, and has worked in telecom recruiting as well as at Spectrum managing customer care and tech support. He is a resident of Gray, ME.

Julie Nix joined OTELCO as a Customer Service Representative in the company’s Oneonta, AL office. Nix has over 10 years of call center experience. She is a resident of Oneonta.
