OTELCO is pleased to announce the hiring of Kendra Carter as Marketing Coordinator in the New Gloucester office and Paul Archambault as a Voice and Data Network Engineer in the Portland office.
In her position of Marketing Coordinator, Carter will support the initiatives of the Marketing Department to deliver the brand message, increase brand recognition, develop product promotions, and provide support to the B to B Sales Team.
Carter worked most recently at WEX, and prior to that spent four years as a Web Writer and Producer for the Vermont Center for Community. She lives in Biddeford.
As Voice and Data Network Engineer, Archambault is responsible for projects related to the voice network, voice application systems, and central office engineering in the Northeast region. He oversees design, as well as planning for maintenance, improvements, capacity, and upgrades for the relevant systems.
Archambault has nearly 30 years of experience working in telecommunications, including most recently as a Senior Product Development Architect for FairPoint and several years as a Switch Manager at GWI prior to that. He lives in Biddeford.
“Paul’s long history in telecommunications has provided a background that made the transition to this role a smooth one, and left him ready to hit the ground running,” said OTELCO CEO Robert Souza. “Likewise, Kendra’s experience with marketing and enthusiasm to put her expertise to use for Otelco has already made her a great addition to our marketing team.”
