A number of new hires have joined OTELCO in the company’s Maine and Alabama markets.
OTELCO welcomes Donna Fatum as a Technical Support Representative in the company’s Bangor, ME office. Previously, she worked in Customer Service and Tier 1 troubleshooting at Verizon Wireless, and provided TSR support for optimum cable for business and residential customers through a vendor. Fatum is a resident of Bangor, ME.
Joshua Stanley has also joined OTELCO’s Bangor office. He has computer networking experience and will work as a Technical Support Representative. Stanley is a resident of Bangor.
“Donna and Josh are the perfect fit for our team,” said OTELCO’s Technical Support Manager Tim Warnock. “They share a passion for technology, making them excellent additions to our Bangor office.”
Sherry Kent joined OTELCO as a Customer Service Representative in the company’s Oneonta, AL office. Prior to joining OTELCO, Kent worked as a Co-Manager for Walmart for 22 years. She is a resident of Snead, AL.
Customer Service Supervisor Kendra Harris said of Kent, “She is exceptionally qualified to fill this role after such a long history in customer service.”
Jacob Latham joined OTELCO as an Installation & Repair Technician in the Oneonta plant office. He worked for seven years with AT&T, where he was responsible for installing and repairing their copper, fiber and satellite services. Latham is a resident of Eva, AL.
“Experienced and knowledgeable staff like Jacob ensure we’re able to provide the best possible service to our customers,” said Director of Outside Plant Operations Director Josh Smith.
