New Gloucester, ME – OTELCO is pleased to welcome David Allen to the OTELCO Team. As the Senior Director of Telecom Operations, Mr. Allen will head the multistate Switching, Outside Plant and Engineering Departments for Otelco. He will also be responsible for for the design, implementation and day-to-day operations of the Telecom Plant, with a specific goal of ensuring completion of the 10 year broadband construction plan. He will oversee work in New England, Alabama, West Virginia and Missouri.
Mr. Allen comes to OTELCO from GWI where he was the Vice President of Technology for nine years.
