Along with its corporate restructuring and unified branding initiative, OTELCO has transformed its Business to Business sales and support organization.
Building the Team
in November of 2018, Tracy Peters, joined the company to take on the role of Director of Sales. Tracy came to OTELCO because of her customer-centric approach to product and service delivery.
Since joining OTELCO, Tracy has done some reorganizing of the existing team and has had the opportunity to onboard some additional staff. Ian Brasslett, a former Tech Support specialist at OTELCO’s Network Operations Center, was promoted Sales Engineer. OTELCO’s Rebeca Ingalls transitioned from the Provisioning department to an Account Executive, and Robin Graves has recently assumed a new role as Sales Coordinator. To round out the OTELCO sales team, that includes veterans Tiffany Free, Chris Mathieu, Jim Marden, and Tom Sarbanis, Tracy selected Michael Lynch and William Perrin to serve as Account Executive and Strategic Account Manager respectively.
Bringing the Team Together
Sales Summit 2019 was the next step for the team and the company. For two full days, the entire OTELCO sales team and staff, from literally every discipline in the company, came together to learn, share ideas, and just get to know one another.
Department heads came from all over the company, some traveling from as far as Alabama, to share their product and industry knowledge. Presentations from the two-day event included such things as:
